Not again! More rodent issues found in restaurant ordered shut for third time

Below is a list of places that were inspected last week by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Some places were ordered shut while others were issued a follow-up inspection.

All the places ordered shut were allowed to re-open following an ordered cleanup and then a re-inspection.

Approximately; 1) Dry Storage room adjacent to kitchen - door to storage room open - approximately 10 rodent droppings on top of boxes of towel dispensers, 1 in measure cup, 1 on sealed container of paper napkins, 1 on sleeve of single service cups 2) Dish Washing room separate from kitchen- approximately 12 rodent droppings under reach in cooler , 2 rodent droppings on side of fridge, 2 rodent droppings next to stand mixer, 15 rodent droppings next to dough pans 3) Kitchen; approximately 5 rodent droppings under Pizza oven, 2 rodent droppings on the right side of Right reach in cooler, 2 rodent droppings under left reach in cooler, 1 rodent dropping under pizza box storage, 1 rodent dropping under speed rack next to pizza oven. 4) Exterior Dry storage room separate from kitchen; room contains bags of flour, pizza boxes and cold storage. Approximately 7 rodent droppings under dunnage rack storing flour and around reach in freezer. - 1 bag of flour with visible hole from gnaw marks. Approximately 6 rodent droppings around reach in cooler.”

“Objectionable odors in bathroom, dry storage room, hallway, and cook line.”

“Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Exterior Dry storage room separate from kitchen; 1 bag of flour with visible hole from gnaw mark.”

“No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees.”
