Man drives through front doors of Florida jail

MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. – A man is facing charges after sheriff’s deputies said he intentionally drove his car through the front door of a county jail.

The older model Toyota Camry crashed through the glass lobby doors of the Martin County jail on Monday.

No one was injured in the crash because the lobby was empty at the time.

According to deputies, the man was not able to breach the inner steel security doors.

The man was taken into custody after the crash.
