Event organizers say it promises an action-packed day with fire safety demonstrations, interactive activities, and entertainment for all ages.
A highlight of the festival will be a special appearance by Sparky the Fire Dog, a beloved MFR mascot known for teaching fire safety to children. Families will also have the opportunity to explore fire trucks up close, watch live rescue demonstrations, and participate in hands-on safety workshops.
The event will feature a kids’ zone with games, face painting, and opportunities to meet local firefighters. Food vendors and live music will also be on-site, creating a festive atmosphere.
The Fire Expo & Festival will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Regatta Park, located at 3500 Pan American Dr.
