OPA-LOCKA, Fla. – Police officers found a man dead on the side of the road on Friday in Opa-locka.
The man was dead shortly before 6:10 a.m., near Northwest 148 Street and 27 Avenue, according to the Opa-locka Police Department.

Miami-Dade homicide detectives responded while Opa-locka police officers also closed the area of Ali-Baba Avenue and Northwest 151 Street.
