The prosecutors claimed it could be presented within three days.

Attorneys are considering their options, including a potential “resolution” with the government.

Kingston, known for his hit “Beautiful Girls,” and Turner are accused of defrauding people and businesses to obtain luxury items without payment, with goods seized in a May raid at Kingston’s rental home in Southwest Ranches.

Investigators said Kingston, 34, would name-drop other celebrities and use his own fame to cut deals.

Federal wire fraud charges allege they used phony bank wire transfers, while state charges involve victims who lost valuables.

Their attorneys are reviewing the evidence, with the next steps possibly involving a plea deal.

“The presumption of innocence still attaches and we’re looking forward to revealing the government’s evidence,” the pair’s attorney said Friday.
