MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Agents responded to a possible migrant landing in Miami-Dade County on Monday.
It happened near Haulover Beach early Monday evening.
U.S. Border Patrol said agents responded to investigate a possible landing of migrants, but no one was taken into custody.
An unattended boat could be seen along the beach later in the evening, and local law enforcement was also assisting.
The boat was a 1986 Macko that is registered in Florida, Local 10 learned.
The investigation is ongoing.
