MIAMI SPRINGS, Fla. – A worker at a smoke shop in Miami Springs used a plunger to fight off a man trying to rape her. The city’s police department is now looking for the suspect.
It happened at around 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 9.
Surveillance video shows the attacker dragging the clerk to a back room, where the victim fights him off with the plunger.
In the footage, you can hear her cries for help.
The worker, who spoke to Local 10 News on the condition that she not be identified, said “The only thing I had in my brain is that I didn’t want no one to force me to have something with him if I didn’t want it.”
“It was the worst thing ever,” she added. “No girl should ever go through something like that. That’s why I want him in jail.
