According to an arrest report, the incident happened around 6:45 p.m. at Southwest 104th Street and 147th Avenue in The Hammocks.

Police said while her mother was stopped at the light, the man went up to the passenger’s side window where the young girl was sitting, hit the window about five times and told the girl, “Let me see your p----” while making “hand gestures toward his chest.”

Authorities said he made “similar statements” referring to the girl’s “private parts” about eight more times before her the girl’s mother was able to drive off and call police.

Police said they found Jean-Baptiste and arrested him.

As of Thursday, Jean-Baptiste was being held in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center with a bond listed as “to be set.”

Jail records show that he also has three bench warrants for battery and trespassing.
