KEY LARGO, Fla. – One humane society down in the Florida Keys is helping to control the pet population with low-cost spaying and neutering.
Many take day trips down to Key Largo for diving or fishing.
Local 10 Animal Advocate Jacey Birch went down to visit the Upper Keys Humane Society to help get cats new homes.
