Advocates want Cooper City to take action against geese killings

COOPER CITY, Fla. – Animal advocates said they plan to attend a commission meeting Tuesday in Cooper City to ask for justice after dozens of geese were killed.

The geese were slaughtered throughout the community and residents submitted surveillance video to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.

The item is not in the commission meeting’s agenda, but the advocates plan to speak during the public information segment.
