Law enforcement sources have confirmed to Local 10 News that Immigration and Customā€™s Enforcement (ICE) conducted raids across South Florida on Sunday.

Video footage shows teams of officers arriving at the detention facility in Miramar.

Inside the vehicles were some of the people who were picked up by ICE.

There are an estimated 11 million undocumented migrants in the U.S. that could be arrested at any time. Itā€™s all part of the presidentā€™s mass deportation plan.

ā€œWe are getting the bad, hard criminals out,ā€ Trump said last week. ā€œThese are the murderers. These are people that are as bad as they get, as bad as anyone you have seen. We are taking them out first.ā€

For the first time in U.S. history, military aircrafts are being used in the deportation efforts.

A source revealed to Local 10 that one of those arrested Sunday in South Florida was a man convicted of drug offenses 24 years ago and who has been trying to gain legal status for two decades.

Seventy five arrests daily is the quota ICE offices were given, and anyone undocumented who is present during arrests will also be arrested.

Flights to return migrants are expected daily.

Two military flights have been blocked by Colombiaā€™s president, prompting Trump to announce retaliatory tariffs on the country.

So far, ICE reported 956 arrests Sunday, with more expected throughout the country.

Trumpā€™s ā€œborder czarā€ says anyone in the U.S. illegally is subject to arrest and deportation at any moment.

Immigration authorities have been directed to conduct operations anywhere, including schools and churches which were considered sensitive areas during the Biden administration.

Officials added that criminals will no longer be able to hide in sensitive areas to avoid arrest.

Local 10 News has reached out to the ICE press line to confirm deportation efforts have begun in Miami and are waiting to hear back.
