KEY WEST, Fla. – 911 emergency telephone services were briefly down in the Florida Keys Friday afternoon, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

“AT&T crews have resolved the issue at the Monroe County/Key West 911 call centers,” MCSO spokesperson Adam Linhardt said at around 4:45 p.m., about an hour after the agency announced the outage.
Authorities haven’t said what led to the outage.
