Latrina Clarke was outside the 18th Ave Market, along Northwest 66 Street, in Miami-Dade’s Gladeview neighborhood, when she shot a woman in the chest, according to deputies.
Clarke and the woman had an ongoing conflict when the two argued in and out of the market, according to deputies reported that the case includes surveillance video and witnesses.
The victim “fell onto the stroller ... when she got shot ... grabbed the stroller to stop it from falling over and placed it upright and then walked a way to get assistance,” a deputy wrote.
Deputies arrested Clarke on Saturday afternoon. The victim was at Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center.
Clarke faced charges of second-degree attempted murder with a deadly weapon and child abuse.
