911 calls from Boca Raton fatal plane crash released

BOCA RATON, Fla. – A growing memorial lies at the site of Friday’s fatal plane crash in Boca Raton.

Three lives were lost. Three generations all from the same family.

5 p.m. report:

Authorities have since released 911 calls related to the crash.

The frantic calls began even before this Cessna 310 went down on Friday.

“I know this is a really strange call but has anybody else called in about this plane that’s is flying very low?” one caller asked the emergency dispatcher.

“Yes ma’am, we’re aware,” the dispatcher responded.

After it crashed, caller after caller tried desperately to get first responders to the scene as quickly as possible.

“I’m at the Houston’s on Military and a plane, something just dropped from the sky and there’s a big accident,” one caller stated.

The crash claimed the lives of three people on board: 81-year-old Robert Stark, 54-year-old Stephen Stark and 17-year-old Brooke Stark.

Dispatchers fielding at least 25 calls in the matter of minutes. The calls became shorter and shorter as each one came in as the situation grew more intense.

The crash remains under investigation.

The NTSB took all of the wreckage from the crash site to Jacksonville to further examine it and try to figure out why the plane went down.

Their initial report is expected to be out in the next few weeks.
