MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Give the kids a break from screens this summer and sign them up for one of the exciting camps offered by Miami-Dade Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces.
Running from June through August, these camps offer a chance to enjoy the outdoors, make new friends and create lasting memories.
Each camp is fully supervised, giving parents peace of mind while kids take part in a wide range of activities — from sports and fitness to arts and crafts, nature exploration, quiet games and fun field trips.
Campers will also learn about the environment, with lessons on recycling, water conservation and how small actions can lead to a healthier planet.
The summer wraps up with the annual end-of-summer bash, featuring games, sports competitions and lunch for all campers.
