Police officers evacuate Hallandale High School

HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. – Police officers responded to the Hallandale High School on Wednesday to investigate a report of a bomb threat.

According to the Hallandale Beach Police Department, students, faculty, and staff evacuated the public magnet school at 720 NW 9 Ave.

“We are asking the public to have patience with traffic and student pick-up delays,” Grace Mariot, a spokeswoman for the police department, wrote in a statement.

According to Mariot, no one was injured.
