Deputies said he shot and killed all three in front of his young daughter.

The video shows Gingles, of Lauderhill, being arrested on Feb. 16 at the Walmart at 7900 W. McNab Road in North Lauderdale. He was with his 4-year-old daughter Seraphine.

Nathan Gingles is accused of first murdering father-in-law David Ponzer, 64, then killing his estranged wife, Mary Gingles, 34, after she fled to the home of 36-year-old neighbor Andrew Ferrin. Deputies said he also murdered Ferrin.

The intense body camera video shows deputies taking down Nathan Gingles.

“Don’t you f---ing move, dude,” a BSO deputy tells Gingles in the video. “You are going to get shot.”

Court records documented a troubled marriage, detailing allegations of abuse and Mary Gingles’ fear of her husband, believing he would kill her and her daughter one day.

Since the tragedy, Broward County Sheriff Gregory Tony has launched an internal affairs investigation, which has thus far resulted in the suspensions of eight deputies and the demotion of a captain, whose rank was knocked all the way down to deputy.

“We had a chance to save their loved one’s life and we failed,” Tony said at a February news conference.

Local 10 News has learned that pictures show Gingles was still in possession of items he was not supposed to have in his garage. Mary Gingles was reportedly concerned about the items.

We obtained those photos Friday.

In the meantime, Nathan Gingles remains held in the BSO Main Jail on numerous charges, including three counts of first-degree murder.
