MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Miami Gardens police said Saturday that they arrested a woman who they said killed her boyfriend in a double shooting Friday morning.

Shaneeka Harris, 39, is now facing a second-degree murder charge.
According to police, the shooting was reported at 6:38 a.m. in the 4600 block of Northwest 193rd Street.
Police said officers arrived at the scene and found two males suffering from gunshot wounds. Harris’ boyfriend later died at a local trauma center, authorities said.
Authorities have not yet released his name.
Records show that Harris was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center just before 11 p.m. Friday.
She was scheduled to appear in bond court Saturday morning.
