MIAMI – A Las Vegas woman is facing new charges in South Florida after Miami police said a man recognized her from “national news” reports about her “bad date” arrest last Wednesday for drugging another man and stealing his Rolex.

Rachel Marie Warner, 23, who police said was originally arrested after seducing a man at a bar in the city’s Brickell neighborhood on April 7, targeted this victim last New Year’s Eve, an arrest report states.

Detectives said the two left the LIV Miami nightclub at Miami Beach’s Fontainebleau Hotel early that morning to head to an apartment in Midtown Miami.

Police said after getting there at around 3:45 a.m., he woke up 14 hours later “feeling sick, delirious and suffering from a pounding headache that lasted for two days.”

“He stated he had never felt that way from drinking alcohol and had not knowingly consumed any narcotics,” a Miami police detective wrote in the report.

Police said when he woke up, he realized “multiple high-value items” were missing, including a $30,000 Audemars Piguet watch, a $15,000 Rolex, an $8,500 Cartier watch, plus “various bracelets” and $1,000 cash.

Authorities said a search warrant of Warner’s cellphone following her arrest on May 8 ― in which police said she was seen leaving an establishment with a 61-year-old potential victim ― revealed incriminating texts.

“I gave him all the drops and he still hasn’t fell (sic) asleep,” she’s accused of saying.

Police said they had found eye droppers containing suspected ketamine when they originally took Warner into custody.

The report states that the latest victim, apparently from New York City, called Miami police soon after seeing Warner in the news.

He went to a New York Police Department precinct in Midtown Manhattan and picked her out of a photo lineup, it states.

Warner, who was ordered held without bond after her initial arrest, is now facing two new charges of burglary with assault or battery and grand theft.

She remained in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Friday afternoon.
