LAUDERHILL, Fla. – Police in Broward County are investigating a fatal shooting.
It happened at approximately 2:15 a.m. Sunday along the 1700 block of Northwest 38th Avenue in Lauderhill.
According to Lauderhill police, officers responded to the scene and found two woman who had been shot.
One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene, police said, while the second victim was rushed to an area hospital with injuries considered non-life threatening.
Authorities have not released any information regarding a motive or the circumstances that led up to the shooting.
Police said there are currently no known suspects.
