Deputies said Darbouze targeted the laundromat again early Friday morning as detectives were surveilling the business.
Darbouze was taken into custody and was found to be in possession of a crack pipe and about three crack rocks, authorities said.
According to the report, Darbouze provided a statement to detectives, however that statement was redacted from the publicly released report.
