None of the cases -- including one over his alleged sexual abuse of an 11-year-old girl -- would have been possible if two brave Southwood Middle School students in Palmetto Bay had not reported him, records show.

Prosecutors filed two cases on Wednesday. Officers re-arrested him on Tuesday at a commercial property in Kendall, while he was on house arrest for the two other pending cases related to the girls’ middle school.

The two girls took a picture of a parked gray Honda Civic and told a M-DSPD officer that the driver was masturbating in public on Oct. 30 and when Sieunarine returned to do the same on Nov. 18 administrators were ready and locked down the school, records show.

M-DSPD officers caught Sieunarine in the Honda Civic masturbating outside the school and there was a high-speed chase that also involved Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office deputies and ended with his arrest, records show.

The two cases that prosecutors filed on Wednesday were for 54 felony charges related to the evidence that forensics found in Sieunarine’s purple Apple iPhone 14 Pro, court and arrest records show.

A May 5 M-DSPD report listed evidence that Sieunarine recorded himself while sexually abusing the same 11-year-old girl, records show. For this, he faced charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child, lewd and lascivious conduct on a child, and lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child.

A Jan. 24 M-DSPD report listed images showing men sexually abusing infants and girls as young as 10 years old. For this, Sieunarine faced 50 counts of possession of material including sexual conduct by a child.

The report also accused Sieunarine of using Telegram to exchange images of child sex crimes. For this, he faced a charge of transmitting child pornography.

The two cases filed on Nov. 19 were for fleeing and eluding police, a felony; interference with an educational institution, a misdemeanor; and three counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child younger than 16 years old, a felony.

Inmate records show M-DCSO correctional deputies were holding Sieunarine without bond at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Wednesday evening and he also had a warrant case for reckless driving.

Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Michelle Ashby Delancy is set to preside over the four cases.

Detectives asked anyone with information about this or other cases to call Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477 to remain anonymous.
