‘Go burn in an oven’: Feds accuse Dania Beach man of sending ‘antisemitic and harassing messages’

GREENBELT, Md. – A Dania Beach man is facing a federal charge for sending 10 “antisemitic and harassing messages to a Jewish individual,” prosecutors announced Tuesday.

Jackson Traylor, 26, is accused of sending those messages to a victim in Maryland.

The case is being prosecuted in Greenbelt, Maryland federal court, just outside of Washington, D.C.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Traylor sent messages including, “Go burn in an oven like your ancestors,” “Burn in a god d--- oven . . . . Stupid jew”, and “Hey Jew, been a while since we spoke. Let me burn you alive like your ancestors. Hail Hitler.”

Traylor, who had been arrested in early June and booked into the Broward County jail, faces a charge of utilizing a telecommunications device without disclosing his identity with the intent to abuse, threaten, or harass.

Prosecutors said Traylor faces up to two years in federal prison.
