Federal agents have warned about “advanced persistent threat” hackers affiliated with the Iranian Government’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
There was a reward of up to $10 million for information on the whereabouts of three hackers: Mansour Ahmadi, Ahmad Khatibi Aghda, and Amir Hossein Nickaein Ravari.

FBI and Homeland Security agents have been searching for them after several cybercrimes. They have been pending federal warrants since Sept. 27.
The U.S. Treasury has also issued sanctions related to Iranian cybercrimes including IRGC front company Mehrsam Andisheh Saz Nik.
There is also a list of IRGC-affiliated cyber actors that includes Alireza Shafie Nasab, Reza Kazemifar Rahman, Hossein Haruni, and Komeil Baradaran Salmani.
Late last year, several law enforcement agencies around the world issued a cybersecurity advisory related to their activities.
