HILLSBORO BEACH, Fla. – A tip from Google that a Pompano Beach man had more than two dozen files of child sexual abuse material in his Gmail account led to his arrest, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
BSO detectives said they arrested Rockylson Estime, 25, in Hillsboro Beach on Monday after seizing two of his iPhones and discovering he was in a WhatsApp group dedicated to sharing illicit content.

According to an arrest report, the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received two tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in April 2024 that Estime uploaded 27 files of child sexual abuse material to his Gmail account.
The files were photos and videos that “depict young prepubescent female and male children as young as 2 years of age engaged in sexual acts with themselves, adults and/or other children,” the report states.
Authorities said they received authorization for a search warrant and went to the 1100 block of Hillsboro Mile at around 9 a.m. to find Estime and search his devices.
The report states that on an iPhone 8, detectives found that Estime was in a WhatsApp group that included the word “porno” and an emoji of the number 18 with a slash through it, “which shows knowledge that the content within this chat is of children.”
Deputies said a “brief review of the chat” indicated six images or videos of children as young as 5 being sexually abused.
Estime, facing 11 felony charges related to child sexual abuse material, was being held in the BSO Main Jail on a $55,000 bond as of Tuesday afternoon.
The Haitian national also faces an immigration hold.
