MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A South Florida rewards program meant to help parents strengthen their parenting skills is also helping their kids stay busy having fun around town.
The Children’s Trust launched the Parent Club Pass rewards program in June. It encourages families to attend three in-person parenting workshops in exchange for passes to local community events, with the opportunity to earn up to four passes per participant, per year.

Opportunities include sporting or theater events, concert or movie passes, or family packs to parks or museums, among others.
According to a media release, passes to local community events, The Children’s Trust Parent Club offers free 60-minute workshops in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, scheduled at convenient times and locations throughout Miami-Dade County. Available in person (with free childcare for kids aged 3-12, snacks, and raffle entry) or virtually, these sessions support parents of children at every developmental stage.
