MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Authorities in Miami-Dade County are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash.
It occurred just before 4 a.m. in the area of Northwest Seventh Avenue and 115th Street.
According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a call about a traffic accident where a person was hit by a car.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Deputies said the driver got out of their car and took off on foot.
There has been no information released regarding a description of the suspect.
