Devon Collymore Jr., 26, and Moises Ramirez, 23, were wanted in connection with the June 11, 2024 murder of 35-year-old Salem Albakri at Miami Cloudz, located at 2063 NE 163rd St.

U.S. Marshals Service officials announced Tuesday that Collymore was arrested in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, while Ramirez was arrested in Yankton, South Dakota, with assistance from state and local law enforcement agencies.

The other two suspects were previously arrested in South Florida. William Robinson, 24, of Miami, was jailed in August 2024, while accused gunman Tarvan Bowens Jr., 18, of northwest Miami-Dade, was arrested in late June.

It wasn’t immediately clear Wednesday whether Collymore or Ramirez had any known ties to South Dakota.

Both Collymore and Ramirez remained behind bars in the Mount Rushmore State Wednesday, awaiting extradition to Miami-Dade County.
