MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Authorities asked for the public’s help Friday in identifying the person or persons responsible for a shooting that they said occurred just after midnight Thursday in southwest Miami-Dade.

According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, the shooting happened in the area of Southwest 266th Street and Southwest 138th Court.
They said one person was struck by gunfire and taken to a nearby hospital, where they remain in stable condition.
Investigators have not released any information on the victim or possible suspect at this time.
