MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Police in Miami-Dade County are investigating a fatal shooting.
It happened around 7:40 a.m. Sunday in the area of the 1800 block of Northwest 23rd Street in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood.
According to police, a man and a woman were shot and killed in a parking lot of an apartment complex.
Detectives said they believe the incident was a murder-suicide.
Based on video surveillance and witnesses, authorities said they believe the shooter was the woman’s ex-boyfriend.
Officers have not released the names of the two people involved.
