Panera will remove Charged Lemonade from its menu in the coming weeks, following several wrongful death lawsuits.
The national chain has faced three lawsuits over the highly caffeinated drinks, in which customers have claimed have led to health complications and the death of two people, according to Bloomberg.

The drinks, which came in a Fuji Apple Cranberry, Strawberry Lemon Mint, Blood Orange Charged Splash and Mango Yuzu Citrus flavors contain anywhere from 178-302 mg or caffeine, according to Panera’s website.
The drinks are expected to be phased off of menus across the country in the next two weeks.
