Tropical Smoothie Bowl
For the base:
Recommended Videos
2 frozen bananas
1Ā½ cups oat milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
one handful of spinach
one handful of blueberries
a few slices of kiwi, peeled
For topping:
A mix of your favorite tropical fruits diced, we used a combination of: papaya, mangoes, blueberries, pineapple and kiwi
hemp seed
toasted coconut flakes
cocoa nibs
Combine all ingredients for the base in a blender and puree until smooth. Transfer to your serving dish. Top with your favorite toppings, we used a variety of diced tropical fruits, hemp seeds, toasted coconut flakes and cocoa nibs to top our smoothie bowl.
