Cam Ward named ACC Quarterback of the Week for fourth time this season

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Cam Ward is once again being recognized by the ACC.

For the fourth time this season, Ward was named ACC Quarterback of the Week.

Ward led the Canes to an incredible comeback victory at Cal.

Miami trailed by 25 points in the third quarter, but came back to win 39-38.

It was the second-largest come-from-behind win in program history.

Ward threw for a season-best 437 yards and two touchdowns, he also ran in a 24-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter.

The Canes are now ranked No. 6 in the AP Poll and are 6-0 this season.

Miami has a bye this week.

On Oct. 19, Miami plays at Louisville in a game that can be seen in South Florida on Local 10 at noon.
