The Hurricanes kept their College World Series hopes alive on Saturday with a 9-6 win and a strong offensive showing, forcing a decisive Game 3 in their Super Regional matchup against Louisville.

Miami’s stars came through when it mattered most.
All-ACC third baseman Daniel Cuvet and shortstop Jake Ogden both went deep, each driving in three runs to lead the Hurricanes to victory.
Their power at the plate helped Miami even the series and set up a winner-take-all showdown on Sunday at noon (EST), with a trip to Omaha on the line.
While Louisville got home runs from Eddie King Jr., who went 3-for-4 with two bombs and three RBIs, and Jake Munroe, who added his third homer of the weekend, the Cardinals struggled to capitalize on key scoring chances.
They managed just 3-for-10 with runners on base and were 1-for-7 with runners in scoring position.
Louisville starter Tucker Biven gave up seven hits in just 3.2 innings.
Though he allowed only one earned run, the Hurricanes’ bats made the most of their chances.
Now, with the series tied 1-1, Miami is one win away from punching its ticket to the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska.
