The Broward Deputy Sheriff’s Association released a statement on Saturday criticizing Broward Sheriff Gregory Tony’s review of a fatal domestic violence case in Tamarac.

Local 10 has learned that several more deputies have been disciplined following a triple fatal shooting in Tamarac.

Newly-released Broward Sheriff’s Office body camera footage shows the arrest of Nathan Gingles, the 43-year-old accused of murdering his father-in-law, estranged wife and a neighbor in Tamarac in February.

Broward deputies were called out to the Tamarac home of 34-year-old Mary Gingles, who authorities said was killed by her husband in a February triple murder, along with her father and neighbor.

Broward County prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Nathan Gingles, the 43-year-old man deputies said murdered his father-in-law, estranged wife and her neighbor in February, all while bringing his young daughter along for the killing spree.

Surveillance video obtained exclusively by Local 10 News Tuesday captures the terrifying moments a woman was on the run before deputies said she and two others were murdered by her estranged husband in Tamarac just over a week ago.

A memorial was held Sunday for the victims of last week’s triple murder in Tamarac.
