Milwaukee fans could listen to Bob Uecker broadcast Brewers games for over a half-century.

The baseball community is mourning the loss of Bob Uecker following the death of the longtime Milwaukee Brewers broadcaster at the age of 90.

Bob Uecker, the voice of his hometown Milwaukee Brewers who after a short playing career earned the moniker “Mr. Baseball” and honors from the Hall of Fame, has died.

The Milwaukee Brewers clinched the NL Central title for the third time in six seasons Tuesday night, despite a 4-1 loss to the last-place St. Louis Cardinals and with the help of a come-from-behind win by the Atlanta Braves.
