The New Hampshire attorney general’s office has agreed to a $10 million settlement in the case of a man who alleged that he was gang-raped in a stairwell at the state’s youth detention center in the 1990s.

A New Hampshire judge has declared a mistrial in the case of a former youth detention center worker charged with raping a teenage boy in 1998.

The trial has begun for a man accused of holding down a teenage boy so colleagues could rape him at a New Hampshire youth center in the 1990s.
