He said Miami’s Fraternal Order of Police refused the offer and he is hoping they can come to an agreement in the coming weeks. “The manager, the mayor, myself and the union, we all agree: We don’t want anyone to lose their jobs and we want Miami to remain a very safe city," Colina said.
