President Donald Trump’s administration faced yet another threat of contempt of court proceedings on Wednesday over deportations to El Salvador.

The Justice Department has moved to drop a criminal case against the alleged East Coast leader of the MS-13 gang less than a month after he was charged, saying they plan to deport him instead.

Attorney General Pam Bondi says three alleged MS-13 gang members have been federally charged in connection with a killing a decade ago in Florida.
