Miami Freedom Park developers owe the city $12.5 million, so officials decided to withhold the master permit.

The former Melreese Golf Course area will also be home to a new eight-story Miami government building.

Traffic engineers believe the ideal times for the Saturday game day arrival are from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and the departure period from 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
