Charges have been dropped against Cuban-American telenovela actor Pedro Moreno after his wife and daughter declined to cooperate with prosecutors following his arrest in a domestic dispute that occurred last month, according to a closeout memo obtained by Local 10 News on Friday.

Pedro Moreno, a well-known Cuban-American telenovela actor and model, was arrested early Thursday in southwest Miami-Dade on a charge of strong-armed robbery following a dispute with his wife of 17 years, according to an arrest report obtained by Local 10 News.
