In preparation for a busy Memorial Day weekend in South Florida, Miami Beach police said they are taking safety measures very seriously.

A New York-based Japanese restaurant is taking its talents to South Beach.

Following his arrest over the weekend, newly-obtained surveillance video allegedly shows the former president of a condominium association on South Beach slashing tires and trying to set a truck on fire back in April.

Expect to see Barbie and her team among early-morning runners on the Saturday before Halloween in South Beach.
