The Shops At Sunset Place was once an iconic South Florida retail destination, but has been a ghost town for years. Now, what’s set to come is expected to change that.

First responders were at the scene of a vehicle hanging out of a Coral Gables parking garage Monday morning.

SOUTH MIAMI, Fla. – Two pedestrians were injured in a crash Friday near Sunset Place. "I stepped out of the car and there were two (men) on the ground there," George Uche, who was driving the BMW, told Local 10 News. The drivers weren't injured, but they gave conflicting accounts of what happened. A man who was driving the SUV said his tire blew out and he lost control. I hope they don't check his phone and see something that he shouldn't have been doing."
