Correctional officer says teen accused of fatally stabbing his mother in Hialeah is 'flourishing'

A Miami-Dade County judge is expected to decide Thursday or Friday whether Derek Rosa, 13, who is accused of killing his mother in October will be transferred back to juvenile detention.
