North Carolina state lawmaker rushes to help after seeing smoke coming from home

A North Carolina state lawmaker found himself in a different role when he saw a mobile home on fire. Republican State Rep. Dean Arp was on his way to Raleigh Monday morning when he saw smoke coming out a home in Richmond County. He not only went back, he rushed the door!
