NTSB to hold public hearing into mid-air collision of American Airlines plane, Army helicopter

The federal government will open a public hearing next month into the mid-air collision of an American Airlines regional jet and an Army helicopter. A total of 67 people died in January’s crash near Reagan National Airport outside Washington, DC.
